  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring quality service delivery, efficient staff management, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise all departments and staff activities.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and customer service excellence.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor budgets, revenue, and expenses.
  • Implement hotel policies and maintain compliance.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
Education / Experience
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Candidates should possess minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
Skills:
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Conflict resolution and customer service skills.
  • Financial and operations management experience.
