Job Description:Location: Victoria Island, LagosAbout Company: Our client is one of the leading professional real estate firms that specializes in estate survey, valuation services, and development of residential and commercial properties in Nigeria.The company is currently seeking to hire a professional Estate surveyor and valuer who will be responsible for determining the value of properties, conducting property inspections, analyze market trends and property sales data to determine valuation, and providing accurate valuation reportsResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:§ Oversee the management of the organization's investment portfolio to secure and maximize rental income.§ To deliver high-quality, efficient, and effective property management services for the Organization's property portfolio§ Ensuring hitch-free internal and external customer experience§ Inspection, Market Survey, and Analysis of Asset§ Marketing company properties for sale and letting§ Business development through the upgrading of the portfolio§ Liaising between the company and vendors§ Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements closing statements, deeds, and leases.§ Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.§ Build a network of agents and coordinate and develop a robust relationship with them for the company by organizing quarterly meetings with them§ Protects the company's value by keeping information confidential§ Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Managing Director.Requirements§ First degree in Estate Management or any other relevant field from a reputable academic institution§ Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar role.§ Solid understanding of valuation and agency area of the professional practice§ Excellent presentation and organizational skills.§ Strong leadership and team management skills.§ Excellent communication skills, both written and oral§ Ability to adapt to market changes and implement effective strategies.§ Problem-solving skills and ability to influence others§ Be knowledgeable about ICTBenefitsCompensation: Base Pay is BTW N180,000.00 – N250,000.00 + other interesting benefits.
