• The Sales and Marketing Manager at Buckler Systems is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell the company’s products and services.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing leadership role, preferably in the automobile, defense, or manufacturing sector.
• Professional certification in a Sales or Marketing or related field is desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and campaign analytics.
• Master’s degree is a business related degree is an added advantage.
