MO&A has built a legacy of several successfully executed projects and partnerships with clients and stakeholders. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estimator
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate cost estimates
  • Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products
  • Understand scope of work to bid
  • Manage bid pricing from all vendors
  • Prepare cost analysis
Requirements
  • GEDC in Accounting, Applied Science, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction processes.
