Sky Mall is divided into two sections: the main Shopping mall for shopping and recreation, and the Extension section which offers office spaces. The mall boasts an opulent decor and wide of range of shops, office spaces, warehouses, top-notch restaurants, exclusive VIP lounges, cinemas, and a terrace bar. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping to support the organization’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial statements.
Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial closures.
Process payroll and ensure tax compliance.
Liaise with internal departments to support budgeting and financial planning activities.
Support external audits by providing required documentation and reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 - 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a high level of integrity.
