Employment Type: Full-timeGeneral Responsibilities
  • Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities promotion and growth
  • Developing and pitching ideas for potential investors.
  • Advises clients on the best investment opportunities and strategies for their lifestyle.
  • Working with the management to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
  • Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets.
  • Training and mentoring to other members of the team.
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
  • Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing for and securing mandate plus patronage for the Company’s various products and services in the following areas:
  • Corporate Finance (Equity/Debt Issues)
  • Trusteeship (Public/Private Trusteeship, Endowment, Foundations etc.)
  • Asset Management (Portfolio management for HNI’s, Insurance Companies, Schools – Colleges, Polytechnics, Universities, etc.)
Debt instruments: Sales plus intermediation
  • Commercial Paper
  • Medium Term Notes
  • Bonds (Corporate Bonds, FGN Bonds, and State Bonds)
  • Revenue plus size of portfolio will be as agreed with the Management
Requirements
  • First Degree in any of the disciplines such as (Economics, Marketing, Banking & Finance and Business Administration). A post graduate degree will be an added an advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years of banking experience in a Relationship Management role.
  • Strong grasp of Excel demonstrated by ability to build, monitor, review and update complex and analyses;
  • Ability to evolve appropriate business strategy and operations, processes and key drivers to drive profitability and ROI.
  • Ability to demonstrate high degree of numerical, verbal and analytical competence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated with a mastery in written communication and presentations;
  • Ability to multi task and work closely with individuals from a broad variety of backgrounds
  • Personable team player, with the ability to gain confidence and trust of colleagues.
