We are seeking a smart, persuasive, and highly driven Sales/Inspection Officer to join our real estate team in Ajah, Lagos. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convincingly engage clients during property inspections and convert leads into successful sales.This role requires someone confident, articulate, and motivated to work in a performance-based environment. Prior experience in real estate or a similar client-facing role is a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:Conduct property inspections with prospective clients and provide expert guidance during viewings.Effectively present and promote real estate products and services to clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly sales targets.Maintain in-depth knowledge of available properties, pricing, and features.Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective buyers.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute promotional strategies.Provide after-sales support and ensure excellent client satisfaction.Requirements:Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.2-4 years proven experience in real estate sales, field marketing, or a similar client-facing role.Strong persuasive and communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.Good knowledge of Ajah and Lekki real estate markets is an added advantage.Ability to drive (with a valid drivers license) is a plus.Benefits:Competitive base salary of 150,000Lucrative commission on every closed saleOpportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced real estate companyRegular training and personal developmentPerformance-based incentives and bonusesHow to Apply:
