  • We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer for our Abuja headquarters. The CRO will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships while actively sourcing and bringing in new customers.
  • This role combines customer service excellence with sales acumen to drive growth and retention.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all assigned customers.
  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing customers to drive retention.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding orders, products, and promotions.
Customer Acquisition & Sales:
  • Actively prospect and bring in new customers to expand the company’s client base.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and acquisition targets.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into loyal, repeat customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute customer acquisition strategies.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales data.
  • Track and report on sales performance and customer acquisition progress.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customers to improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship roles (FMCG/retail experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Must reside in Abuja, preferably Kubwa or nearby areas.
Salary
  • N120,000 Gross + 0.5% Commission on all new sales and future sales of existing customers.
