We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Loan Collection Agent to join our team! If you are looking for an opportunity to grow in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an SSCE. A statement of result is required with the application.
Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
Proximity to Jericho Hill, Aleshinloye, Ibadan, is essential.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays a month.
Immediate Resumption Required.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: N65,000 / Month.
Transportation Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
Food Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
Full Attendance Bonus (payable only for full attendance).
Performance Bonus
Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage fully paid by the company.
Pension plan fully funded by the company.
