Our clients include some of the largest companies in the banking, insurance, asset management and securities sectors. Our Audit & Assurance professionals provide independent financial statement and internal control audit services, in accordance with the latest professional standards and with a focus on quality.Job DescriptionTo support Audit in delivering strategic audit transformation goals, specifically within the Delivery Centre (DC). The key component of this role is to ensure the successful performance of the DC team, focusing on ensuring high quality of work, being effective at operational line management, and contributing to continuous improvement. The role will include developing the team through management and training.
  • Manage, develop, and coach the Delivery Centre Team Leaders and staff.
  • Identify local and regional requirements and support needed to ensure the successful running of the Delivery Centre, including cross-region demand support.
  • Embed standardisation and the Deloitte Way.
  • Complete quality reviews of the work produced by the DC to manage quality
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Promote the use of DC in the business.
  • The ideal Regional Manager candidate will be a role model for change. They will be keenly interested in developing team leaders and staff and be an ambassador for the DC.
Qualifications
  • Have a Bachelor's degree/Higher National Diploma in Accounting or any discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper/Upper Credit.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) O'level credits (including Mathematics and English Language) in one sitting.
  • A post-graduate/master's degree (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years Audit Manager experience
  • Must have a strong passion for the development of staff.
  • Strong sense of ownership.
  • Drive for quality outcomes.
