• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee operations at a well-positioned boutique hotel located in the prestigious 3 Arms Zone, on Ferma Close, adjacent to major institutions such as the CBN, Police Headquarters, and DSS State Headquarters in Gombe.

• Oversee daily hotel operations, staff, and guest services
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets
• Ensure facility maintenance and compliance in line with safety standards
• Manage vendor relationships and utility oversight
• Coordinate conference and event services

• Experience is key: Proven background in hotel or hospitality management is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
• Educational qualification is not a limiting factor—your experience speaks louder
• Ability to work extended hours during startup phase (to be reduced over time).
