• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for engineering and production projects
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers for favorable terms
• Collaborate with project managers to understand material and component requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project milestones
• Source and evaluate vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field

• We are hiring an Internal Sales Representative to manage the sale and movement of materials from the in-house store to the production team.
• This is not an external or client-facing sales role, it is an internal operations position, focused on issuing materials, applying markups, and maintaining accurate inventory and pricing records.
• The ideal candidate should be organized, accountable, and understand how stock, sales, and documentation work together in a production environment.

• Sell and issue materials (glass, aluminium, accessories) from the internal store to the production team
• Apply proper internal pricing and maintain sales markup structure
• Generate internal invoices or records for each transaction
• Track all sales activity and item movement using logs and software
• Keep updated inventory reports and alert procurement when stock is low
• Work closely with the accounting team for sales reconciliation and project costing

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, or internal sales (materials or construction-related preferred)
• Comfortable working in a stock-driven environment (not just customer sales)
• Strong attention to documentation, quantity accuracy, and pricing consistency
• Basic familiarity with inventory tools (manual or digital)

• We are seeking a highly experienced Chartered Accountant to set up a full accounting and financial management system for our operations.
• This contract-based, high-impact role is ideal for someone who has previously built accounting structures for SMEs or material-heavy companies and is comfortable working independently with senior management.
• We are a growing glass and aluminium fabrication company, and this will be our first formal accounting hire. Your task is to create working systems, set up tools and controls, and train a junior accountant for a proper handover within 3 months.

• Set up daily, weekly, and monthly financial processes tailored to the company’s operations
• Implement systems for client invoicing and accurate revenue tracking.
• Set up workflows for vendor payments, procurement cost recording, and reconciliation.
• Establish payroll processes and ensure all statutory deductions (PAYE, VAT, WHT) are handled correctly.
• Deploy and configure accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.)
• Track job-specific costs (glass, aluminium, transport, accessories) to monitor profit margins
• Establish strong internal controls to prevent financial leakage or duplication
• Design and document SOPs, reporting templates, and accounting manuals
• Train and supervise a junior accountant for handover and continuity
• Generate periodic financial reports and dashboards for management insight
• Perform other accounting tasks as needed.

• Fully Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA, ANAN) – Required
• 4–7 years of experience, ideally with SMEs or companies in construction/materials
• Experience setting up accounting structures (especially in SMEs or building materials/construction)
• Strong documentation, systems-building, and training ability
• Proficient in relevant accounting tools/software
• Self-driven, highly organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be available for a hybrid schedule, with physical presence in Dei-Dei, Abuja at intervals.
