Recruitment and Hiring: Attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to fill job openings.
Employee Onboarding: Ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, including paperwork, training, and orientation.
Performance Management: Managing employee performance, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
Benefits and Compensation: Administering employee benefits, compensation, and rewards programs.
Employee Relations: Fostering positive employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
