Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities

Ensure regulatory compliance and enforce internal policies
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and financial risks
Conduct audits and monitor transactions to detect anomalies
Design and implement internal control frameworks
Provide training and awareness programs on compliance and internal controls

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Law, or related field
5+ years of experience in internal control, compliance, audit, or risk management in financial sector
Strong understanding of financial regulations and internal control principles
Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CISA, CFE) are an added advantage
