The Ekiti Agro-Allied International Cargo Airport is a new airport in Ekiti State, Nigeria, designed for both cargo and passenger flights. It received approval for non-scheduled flight operations in December 2024, with the aim of boosting the state's economy and facilitating the export of agricultural products.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Position: Human Resources / Admin OfficerJob Location: EkitiKey Responsibilities
  • To be responsible for and proactively drive the design, development, and effective delivery of training to the organization's employees within defined timescales
  • Liaising with HODS and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
  • Explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education
Qualification/Job Specifications
  • B.Sc. in any Social Sciences. CIPM will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-qualifications
