Job DescriptionThe RoleWe are seeking a Graphics and Motion Designer who can bring ideas to life through captivating visuals and animations. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong design aesthetic, excellent motion graphics skills, and a passion for storytelling that inspires, educates, and moves people to action.As our designer, you'll work across Lens for Good's projects, creating engaging digital content for events, campaigns, masterclasses, documentaries, and social media.Key Responsibilities:1. Visual DesignDevelop on-brand graphics for digital and print materials (e.g., posters, toolkits, reports, carousels, brochures)
Design cohesive templates and branded assets for campaigns and presentations.
2. Motion DesignCreate motion graphics and animated assets for videos, masterclasses, event teasers, intros/outros, and reels.
Support in developing animated explainers, lower thirds, and transitions for documentary and educational content.
3. Content CollaborationWork closely with storytellers, editors, project managers, and marketing teams to develop visuals that enhance storytelling.
Interpret briefs, mood boards, and creative direction into compelling designs.
4. Brand ConsistencyEnsure brand identity is applied consistently across all visual and motion outputs for Lens for Good.
Contribute to evolving and refreshing brand guidelines when needed.
You are a great fit if you have:Proven experience in graphic design and motion design (with a strong portfolio to show for it).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
A great eye for typography, color, layout, and animation pacing.
Ability to adapt your style to different campaigns, themes, and audiences.
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple and tight deadlines.
A collaborative spirit and proactive approach to solving creative challenges.
Passion for storytelling, youth empowerment, and social change is a big plus!
Bonus SkillsBasic video editing skills.
Experience designing for social impact or creative nonprofits.
Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools for quick content turnaround.
