SWATX is seeking skilled System Administrators with a focus on MS Endpoint, Power BI, Apache, and Kaspersky to join our team in Nigeria. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our endpoint systems, business intelligence applications, web servers, and cybersecurity measures, ensuring seamless and secure IT operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support MS Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) to administer service deployments, endpoint management, and configurations.
  • Deploy and maintain Power BI solutions, ensuring data accessibility and integrity for decision-making processes.
  • Configure and manage Apache servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Administer Kaspersky security solutions to safeguard the IT environment against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor system performance and provide troubleshooting support for endpoint and server-related issues.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures related to endpoint security and data protection.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, operational procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and training to users regarding application usage and security practices.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in system administration with expertise in MS Endpoint, Power BI, Apache, and Kaspersky.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint management best practices and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing Apache web servers and related technologies.
  • Experience with deploying and managing Kaspersky antivirus and cybersecurity products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and users.
  • Relevant certifications in endpoint management, cybersecurity, or data analytics are a plus.
