A dynamic and fast-paced organization is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team.
If you have a strong eye for detail, great organizational skills, and hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Billing (Scrap & General Vendors):

Generate vendor bills based on confirmed GRNs/SRNs and approved POs.
Maintain accurate offline logbooks for all vendor transactions.
Ensure 0% error rate in billing and timely processing within 30 minutes of GRN/SRN receipt.
File and save all source documents digitally on Payable SharePoint.

Vendor Payments:

Track pending payments and employee advances.
Ensure 100% accuracy in matching payments to the correct bills.
Update daily vendor payment lists and maintain proper documentation.

Petty Cash Management:

Process all petty cash requests via ERP and post payments to staff ledgers.
Ensure 100% retirement and documentation of petty cash by the 28th of each month.

VAT & WHT Compliance:

Generate and submit accurate monthly reports for VAT and WHT.
Save all schedules and receipts on SharePoint by the 2nd of each month.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Timely and accurate bill processing (within 1 hour of receipt).
0% error rate in postings and payments.
100% accuracy in VAT/WHT reporting and petty cash retirement.

Key Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
2 - 3 years of prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a structured organization.
Proficiency in Odoo ERP is a must.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure with a high level of accuracy.
