• Maintain statutory records and file regulatory documents.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and board resolutions.
• Manage company correspondence and legal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws and internal policies.
• Support senior management with secretarial and administrative duties.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a company secretary or in a similar role.
• Must reside within or near Ibafo, Ogun State.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and administrative processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
