We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented Legal Adviser to support our legal, governance, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal risks, and providing strategic legal advice to support our growing operations.Responsibilities:
Provide legal advisory services to support the operations of the Institution.
Oversee corporate governance matters and ensure best practices.
Identify and manage legal and regulatory risks.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
Conduct legal and regulatory research to inform decision-making.Requirements:
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and BL from the Nigerian Law School.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
Strong legal research skills with an innovative and solutions-driven mindset.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to align legal strategy with business goals.Work Mode: HybridSalary: N500,000
