- We are seeking a talented individual for the position of Human Resources Manager. As a human resources manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our workforce and driving our company's continued success.
- As a human resources manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions and implementing strategies aligned with our company's goals.
- You will work closely with department heads and employees across all levels to ensure effective HR practices, employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's objectives and promote a positive work culture.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, compensation management, and payroll processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance and proactively address potential issues.
- Facilitate effective performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster employee engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs, training and development opportunities, and team-building activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's Degree is a plus.
- Proven 5-10 years of experience as an HR professional with at least 3yearsin the telecommunications industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
