- To provide financial and administrative support by ensuring the company makes payment for goods and services received and properly record transactions by posting receipts.
- Should be willing to work from Agbara.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Reconciliation of GRNI, Trade Account Payable GL Balances and Vendors advance payment and submission of a weekly/monthly report on these activities.
- Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers
- Posting of Month-end Closing Journals for - Accruals, Prepayments, Amortization etc
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools.

- Operate and monitor food processing or packaging machinery.
- Ensure machines are properly set up for production runs.
- Carry out regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
- Accurately complete production logs and reports.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production targets.
- Detect and report mechanical faults or malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Set up machine/equipment for operation.
- Start machine/equipment and make adjustments to machine when necessary to improve performance.
- Ensure all processes are done under strictGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Minimum of SSCE/OND/Technical Certificate or its equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical operations and machine maintenance.
- Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, or extended hours if required.
- Good Communication Skill, Attention to details, Analytical and numerical skills i.e. ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

- Ensure adequate numbers of factory hands are available and confirmed for production.
- Coordinate maintenance activities for production equipment and machinery.
- Supervise production processes, allocating resources as needed to meet targets.
- Provide accurate production data to management to develop performance targets.
- Develop and manage production checklists to cover all key resources and SOPs.
- Ensure production starts on time unless unavoidable delays arise.
- Propose continuous improvement strategies for production processes.
- Report on work plans, resourcing, challenges, maintenance, and downtimes to the Production Manager.
- Ensure smooth handovers of assignments or supervisory duties when necessary.
- Ensure punctuality and commitment to scheduled production activities.
- Oversee effective cleaning and orderliness in all production areas, maintaining proper segregation.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines at workstations.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of records, maintaining organized and accessible documentation for analysis and reference.
- Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures, consulting superiors or relevant departments where necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Food Science or related fields.
- At least 2 years of professional or industry experience in production supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with production equipment and capacity planning.
- Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work based on the factory's production schedule.
- Proximity to Agbara,Ogun State will be an added advantage.
