• The Human Resources Personnel will support the day-to-day HR operations of the microfinance bank, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
• The role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who can contribute to a supportive and performance-driven workplace.

• Assist in job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires

• Support employee welfare, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
• Organize staff trainings, town halls, and recognition programs

• Monitor appraisals and provide data for performance reviews
• Help implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and staff development plans

• Maintain employee records and ensure timely payroll processing
• Manage staff leave, benefits, and compliance documentation

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies
• Draft and update HR policies as directed by management

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in banking or financial services
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving and mediation skills
