Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth.
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory agencies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, systems, and procedures.
Monitor industry trends and developments to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with senior management to set company goals, objectives, and KPIs.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO or similar position.
Extensive experience in risk assessment analysis, strategic planning, and operations management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering a high-performance culture.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Experience in the waste management is a plus.
