Business Cluster Manager

• Be responsible for maximizing the Company's merchant base by acquiring and introducing new merchants from different potential sources and locations across Nigeria.
• Recruit and manage Node officers (DSAs) who shall be responsible for locations or clusters as may be assigned or determined by the Company.
• Engage potential merchants and businesses to introduce them to the Company's products and train merchants on the benefits of all products.
• Resolve promptly all product-related issues reported by merchants and escalate where necessary.
• Monitor merchant's transactions and volume. Retrieve terminals from low or non-performing merchants.
• Generally ensure that the Company's sale targets as may be set from time to time are met by the Node Officers.
• Promptly notify the company of any misuse, irregularity, suspected fraudulent transaction or suspicious activities that may be connected with attempts to commit fraud or other illegal activity through the use of the company's POS terminal or products.

• A minimum of First Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or other related fields.
• 3 - 5 Years of experience in sales of financial products (B2C), FMCGs, and FINTECHs.
• Extensive experience as a sales and business development expert.
• Experience building go-to-market partnerships with strategic partners.
• Effective communicator with great attention to detail.
• Good analytic, critical thinking and research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
