Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our services and increase brand visibility
Manage and grow our social media presence, including creating engaging content and interacting with followers
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for our website, blog, and social media channels
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement them to improve our marketing efforts
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the digital space

Essential Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or mental health industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with video editing, creating and editing reels, basic graphic design, etc. would be an added advantage
Thorough attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Strategic thinker with initiative.
Effective people skills and the ability to build relationships.
