- The role involves developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring effective product delivery and customer satisfaction in line with company goals.
- Identify and engage prospective customers within assigned territory or market segment.
- Promote and sell downstream petroleum products including lubricants, fuels, and gas.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adjust sales strategies.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Track sales targets and prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure customer compliance with credit and payment terms.
