- Provide expert guidance and assistance to clients on flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissue and revalidation of tickets, issuance of EMDs, refund applications, and other travel-related matters.
- Advise clients on flight itineraries, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Train and supervise team members to ensure excellence in customer service and achievement of sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and commissions with external partners and travel companies.
- Manage correspondence with airlines, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with airlines and approved agents to ensure smooth communication, negotiations, and procurement processes.
- Assist clients with airport check-in procedures, embassy appointments, online check-in, seat allocation, and boarding pass issuance.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for incremental sales and revenue growth within the client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client account information.
- Facilitate efficient debt recovery from clients when necessary.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
- Strong customer service skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to effectively use Amadeus GDS.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and productivity.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours as required.
- IATA certification is desirable.
- Residency in Abuja is mandatory.
