Business Systems Analyst/ Data & Analytics

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements, ensuring that data analytics solutions align with business goals.
• Utilize your expertise in Tableau and Snowflake to create and maintain sophisticated data models, dashboards, and reporting tools that facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with data engineering and science teams to comprehend data sources and structures, contributing to the data preparation and ETL processes.
• Conduct in-depth data analyses to uncover trends and patterns, presenting findings to stakeholders in an accessible and persuasive manner.
• Actively participate in Agile project management activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, working with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Perform user acceptance testing to verify that solutions adhere to quality standards and fulfill business requirements before production deployment.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to users of data analytics tools, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use data for business decisions.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry developments in data analytics, visualization, and Agile practices, advocating for continuous improvement and innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst, or a similar role, with a strong focus on data analytics in an enterprise setting.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, particularly Tableau and Snowflake, including the creation of dynamic dashboards and complex data queries.
• Solid experience in a scaled Agile framework, with a comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of dissecting complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and varying levels of management.
• Proven multitasking skills, able to prioritize and manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail, ensuring solutions meet stringent business demands.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and practices would be an advantageous addition.

• Mastery of Tableau for data visualization and analytics.
• Proficiency with Snowflake cloud data platform.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools and techniques.
• Experience with additional analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
