Directly Reports To: Planning & Warehouse Operations Lead
Internal Interactions: Procurement, Production, MRORole Overview

Administer end-to-end warehouse operations in the inventory section, supervising storekeepers and ensuring stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, and issuing materials.
Supervise storekeepers during day, night, and weekend shifts.
Conduct periodic cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Update ERP records and maintain inventory logs.
Coordinate with Procurement for timely replenishments.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2 years of warehouse or inventory experience in manufacturing.

Skills & Competencies:

Leadership and team supervision skills.
Proficient in ERP and warehouse management processes.

SMART KPIs:

Stock Accuracy: Maintain ≥99% accuracy in warehouse transactions.
Replenishment Lead Time: Ensure ≥90% of replenishments meet target lead times.
Cycle Count Compliance: Complete 100% scheduled cycle counts monthly.
Shift Supervision: Achieve zero unapproved deviations per shift.
