Manages procurement and inventory lifecycle to prevent stock-out and ensure optimal stock levels
Oversees Inventory Auditors and Storekeepers
Ensures supplies are sourced at best value without compromising quality
Coordinates with kitchen and service teams for accurate supply forecasting
Supervises regular stock counts and reporting

Skill Set:

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
Strong analytical and inventory control abilities
Familiar with supply chain software or ERP tools
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple suppliers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Admin or related field
Certification in Logistics/Supply Chain is an added advantage
Previous experience in inventory management in the food or retail sector is desirable.
