Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and be ready to hit the ground running.
This role involves managing the procurement process end-to-end, ensuring timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services in line with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships
Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to support operational needs
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to minimize supply gaps
Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Requirements

ND / HND in Procurement, Business Administration, or related fields
2 - 3 years of hands-on procurement experience
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Able to meet tight deadlines
Must be available to resume immediately.
