Accountant Job at Resource Intermediaries Limited

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Arepo, Ogun State. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions.

• Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset management.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Generate and analyze accounting reports and provide insights to management.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Process payroll accurately and timely.
• Liaise with auditors and tax authorities.
• Manage petty cash and other company funds.
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficient in accounting software packages such as Oracle, Sage, Tally, or similar.
