Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments or stock movements.
Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies or stock variances.
Track inbound and outbound stock movements, including receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
Prepare and submit inventory reports to management on a regular basis.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align inventory with operational needs.
Ensure storage and labeling standards are followed for easy identification and retrieval.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of inventory control policies and procedures.
Monitor expiry dates and shelf life of perishable goods (if applicable).

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistic.
2 – 3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
