Reports To: Head of Operations/Director of ProjectsJob Summary
  • The Quality Assurance Manager ensures that all real estate development projects, property services and internal operations comply with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • This role is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring quality assurance systems, inspecting ongoing and completed work, and coordinating with relevant teams to maintain the highest standards across construction, property management and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Standard Implementation:
  • Develop and enforce quality assurance policies
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulatory and safety standards.
  • Establish inspection schedules and quality benchmarks for construction and maintenance.
Project Monitoring Evaluation:
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to inspect project progress, workmanship, adherence to specifications.
  • Identify potential risks or defects and recommend corrective measures.
Process Improvement:
  • Analyze workflow process and suggest improvement for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work closely with design, and operations teams to embed quality checks at each stage of the project lifecycle.
Training and development:
  • Train internal teams and contractors on quality protocols and safety practices.
  • Ensure staff understand and follow all quality assurance guidelines
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintained detailed records of inspections, audits and compliance reports.
  • Provide regular updates and quality performance report to senior management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of quality related issues detected and resolved
  • Compliance rate with regulatory and internal quality standards
  • Reduction in rework or defect rate on construction projects.
  • Timely delivery of quality audit and inspection reports.
  • Client satisfaction ratings related to project quality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quality Assurance (e.g ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably within the real estate or construction industry
  • Experience with project management, building codes and regulatory compliance.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in quality management software and tools
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
