Job Description:● Creative Direction: Establish and maintain the creative vision and direction for stills, motion graphics, and animations across various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, advertising, and promotions. ● Design and Production: Conceptualize and design the production of high-quality stills, motion graphics, and animations, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with marketing objectives. ● Research upcoming projects to help create realistic designs, videos, skits, documentaries, and/or animations ● Develop storyboards that map out key scenes in animations and motion graphics ● Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, advertising, and content teams to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience. ● As well as on the development and execution of creative campaigns and visual assets. ● Branding and Visual Identity: Ensure that all visual assets adhere to the company's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and promoting brand recognition. ● Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of creative deliverables to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. ● Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies related to stills, motion graphics, and animations.
