This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager at Brit Property Nigeria Ltd.
The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing property units, coordinating with maintenance staff, handling tenant inquiries, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
The role will involve maintaining property standards, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with 2 - 5 years work experience.
Property Management, Real Estate, or related field experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of property laws and regulations
Experience in budget management and financial reporting
Customer service orientation
Leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in property management software.

Salary
