Handling of customers complaint Improve customer experience and grow the bank's share of wallet by proactively engaging the customer via telephone/email/web chat for more pocket share.Qualifications

First degree in any field.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience Iin Commercial banking and Business banking
Cognate experience in sales and relationship management of customers to be able to drive profitability and build relationships
Experience within the financial industry with experience in managing small businesses.
