Start Date: ImmediateAbout the RoleA reputable AgriTech company is recruiting a highly skilled Data Analyst to support our Agri-Credit Scheme.
The Data Analyst will play a critical role in managing, analyzing, and reporting project data across the entire value chain, from farmer onboarding to insurance claims.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and validate large datasets on farmer profiles, farm sizes, GPS locations, and input disbursement.
Develop dashboards to track project implementation and performance (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Analyze satellite/GIS data to support farm mapping and cluster development.
Monitor input distribution and loan recovery patterns.
Collaborate with field agents to verify data accuracy and flag inconsistencies.
Support insurance claim assessments with yield modeling and climatic data interpretation.
Present regular reports and insights to internal and external stakeholders (banks, insurers, regulators).
Qualifying RequirementsProven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, preferably in agriculture, finance, or insurance projects.
Strong Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau).
Experience with GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar) is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with field data collection tools like KoboToolbox, ODK, or Survey123.
Critical thinker with attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
