• The Data Analyst Officer supports data-driven decision-making by collecting, processing, and analyzing datasets to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities.
• This role contributes to the creation of dashboards, reports, and analytical models, and collaborates with various departments to translate data into actionable intelligence.

• Assist in gathering data from primary (e.g., internal systems – Production, maintenance, and Warehouses) sources.
• Clean and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Work closely with Manufacturing Excellence Manager to interpret initial insights and shape further investigations.
• Develop and update interactive dashboards and routine reports using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support departmental and organizational goals.
• Maintain documentation for data sources, queries, models, and analytical approaches to ensure transparency, compliance, and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business units to understand data needs, support reporting requirements, and ensure appropriate data access.

• B.Sc. in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years experience in a similar role.

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be proficient in data visualization and BI tools.
• Be adaptable and eager to learn.
