We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, complying with relevant laws and regulations, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections
Identify and mitigate hazards
Provide HSE training and awareness programs
Investigate incidents and near-misses
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Collaborate with other departments to promote HSE best practices

Requirements

Relevant Degree or certification in HSE, Environmental Science, or related field
Proven experience as an HSE Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards
Excellent communication and training skills
Ability to work independently and lead teams.
