Manage end to end recruitment processes, including job postings , screening, interviews and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Administer employee benefits, leave management, and maintain accurate personnel records.
Facilitate employee training and development and development programs to enhance skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the food and beverage industry.
