• We are seeking to hire a results-driven and strategic HR Business Partner to join their team in Enugu.
• The ideal candidate will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, while serving as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop corresponding HR strategies.
• Drive talent management initiatives including workforce planning, talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations issues and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate change management initiatives and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Partner with line managers to implement performance appraisal systems and ensure employee development.
• Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Act as an advocate for both employees and the company to drive engagement and productivity.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Nigeria.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
