You will lead financial strategy development, aligning with company goals and market dynamics.
You will build and manage financial models for revenue forecasting, cash flow projection, and scenario analysis.
You will oversee capital raising efforts, structuring various debt instruments like convertible notes, term loans, and venture debt.
You will manage investor relations, presenting financial insights and strategic direction to stakeholders and board members.
You will identify and implement cost-saving measures to enhance profit margins and operational efficiency.
You will develop and scale financial operations, including automation and ERP implementations to support growth.
You will oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and financial controls.
You will ensure compliance with debt covenants, balancing growth priorities with cash flow management.

To be considered for this role you should have…

Over 10 years in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years in FP&A and debt management.
Strong relationships and networks in the finance industry.
Proven expertise in capital raising, debt structuring, and financial planning.
A track record of managing treasury operations and optimizing working capital.
Experience in scaling finance operations in high-growth startups, ideally in the tech, mobility, or transportation sectors.
Exceptional skills in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
