Develop and implement strategic marketing plans
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs
Increase customer base and retain existing customers
Collaborate with teams to create marketing campaigns
Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in financial services
Professional certifications in marketing (e.g., CIM, NIMN) are an advantage
Experience in CRM tools is a plus.
