Reports to: Inventory ManagerRole Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Inventory & Logistics Analyst to support inventory planning, fulfillment logistics, and quality assurance operations.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who can extract actionable insights from operational data.
- The analyst will primarily focus on inventory and logistics reporting, but also provide meaningful support to the QA team in managing compliance-related data and documentation.
Data Analysis & Reporting (40%):
- Analyze inventory trends, sales velocity, and forecasting accuracy
- Monitor stockouts, overstock, aging inventory, and replenishment timing
- Reconcile inventory data across platforms (Amazon, Shopify, internal systems)
- Provide routine reports on inventory KPIs, order accuracy, fulfillment rate, etc.
- Translate insights into improvement actions and recommendations
- Track current inventory across warehouses, Amazon FBA, and 3PL partners
- Maintain SKU databases, stock thresholds, and reorder levels
- Collaborate with procurement to align stock availability with demand forecasts
- Support cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with system reports
- Help troubleshoot and resolve stock discrepancies or allocation issues
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and 3PL partners
- Track shipping status, troubleshoot delivery delays, and update internal teams
- Assist with shipping documentation, labeling and documentation.
- Communicate with 3PLs and warehouses on packing, receiving, and dispatch
- Maintain QA logs (e.g. batch records, inspections, complaints, deviations)
- Track and report on quality trends: returns, defects, rejections, customer complaints
- Assist in documentation control, SOP updates, and audit preparation
- Collect and organize supporting documents such as COAs and supplier verifications
- Support compliance with GMP standards and 21 CFR Part 111 regulations
- Assist QA team with CAPA tracking and root-cause data gathering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Logistics, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, inventory planning, logistics, or QA roles
- Experience with e-commerce operations, 3PLs.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience with inventory, fulfillment, or QA data in a supply-chain environment
- Effective communication skills, organized, and able to multitask
