• We are seeking a skilled,creative, cake baker to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious treats and be responsible for preparing a variety of cakes, desserts, pastries, and other sweet treats.
• The cake baker will need to have a strong understanding of baking techniques, be able to follow rules and guidelines

• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, including cup cake, layer cakes, specialty cakes, and custom-designed cakes.
• Decorate and present cakes in an attractive and professional manner
• Assist customers with various requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through utilization of communication and personal interaction skills.
• Understand proper use of ovens, mixers, scales, and rotating product in walk-in/freezer using FIFO methods.
• Help set up a par list for inventory that way less products are wasted and used FIFO method to ensure that.
• Complete daily production records on raw and finished products
• Ensure daily task is achieved and delivered.
• Keep all tools clean and safe
• Teach and train the other cooking staff.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• 3 - 10 years of proven experience as a pastry and cakebaker.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Creativity and artistic ability for decorating pastries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is a plus.

• Perform routine tasks in securing safety of customers and cars, workers and the facility.
• Prevention of theft by checking customer's receipt
• Ensure power supply through maintenance, switching on and off (Generator/other power Supply), fuelling of Generator.
• General facilities and equipment maintenance
• Supermarket Security / facility worker

• Minimum qualification OND / NCE
• Preferably Male
• Ability to work without supervision.

• Manage transactions with customers using computer software
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or POS and Issue receipts
• Maintain clean and tidy workspace
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Good computer knowledge.

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / NCE or OND qualification with 1 - 5 years of work experience.
