Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities

Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
Maintain an accurate and comprehensive customer database
Go the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers
Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives. as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities.
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Confer with Lead, Client Experience to resolve customer complaints and dissatisfaction.
Participate in the development of new product marketing strategies to existing/ potential customers.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a customer experience executive, or a similar customer support role.
Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information. Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CRM software.
