• You will canvass, identify and approach potential customers
• You will promote and sell financial services including savings, loans, and deposit collection
• You will educate customers on product benefits and provide support to meet their needs
• You will prepare and present tailored sales proposals to customers
• You will set up appointments, follow up consistently, and manage relationships effectively
• You will deliver weekly and monthly reports on sales progress and targets
• To be considered, you should have...
• No prior Sales experience is required but experience in direct or field sales in financial services or FMCG is a plus
• Strong networking, consultative selling, and negotiation skills
• Effective communication and customer engagement abilities
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
