- Seeking a highly qualified and experienced Technical Assistant to the CEO in the Oil and Gas Engineering and Construction sector.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic, technical, and administrative support to the executive leadership.
- The role demands a seasoned engineer with industry expertise to drive decision-making processes and ensure the smooth execution of technical initiatives.
- Provide expert technical and analytical support to the CEO in decision-making, operations, and strategic planning.
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of high-impact technical projects aligned with the company's goals.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track deliverables.
- Manage communication with industry stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and strategic partners.
- Support the CEO in business development strategies and key negotiations.
- Participate technical research, feasibility assessments, and risk analyses for proposed technical initiatives.
- Participate in preparation and review of technical presentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent technical report writing and presentation skills.
- Awareness of project management
- Commitment to continuous learning and development is highly valued.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years as a Technical Assistant, with at least 8 years in the oil and gas sector.
